Basically yesterday at night my xbox failed to update itself while it was on sleep mode so i woke up turned it on it didnt turn on it got stuck in the xbox logo screen for too long i troubleshooted it i deleted everything and it booted up in 15 mins after deleting everything i tried to update it it gave me many error codes but somehow it finished the update but it gave me an error code which is
"Ox800706d9" well i didnt quite understand anything from this code so i couldnt even do anything so i turned the xbox off then i turned it on it took so much time to boot up and it was saying that the update was completed but the menu was so laggy and i dont think like updating did fix problems so i think i have to offline update to update the whole system cuz it doesnt work well and my question is if i download the latest xbox version to an usb drive and offline update the whole hardware to get the problems fixed

@iron plinth Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.

To help us help you, make sure to answer:

  • What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
  • **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
  • Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
