  1. I’ve power cycled my console, restarted it, removed my profile and readded it, resetted my wifi modem and router. Neither of these helped solve the issue
  2. All as stated in my answer to question 1, tried on an alt account and achievements work just fine for it and they pop immediately when meeting the requirements for the achievement
  3. Yes I searched for hours for solutions and tried all of them I came across.

Don't know if this would help, but it did for me on one game, open the game via cloud gaming and then see if it pops then.
