Sorry for the delay. I tried deleting and installing, restoring, resetting, contacting support, restarting the PC, using PowerShell and ending the services
I just bought the PC and this happened overnight. Today I woke up but the Xbox app wouldn’t open anymore, so I tried all these things but nothing worked. I watched tutorials, people with the same problem, but nothing solved it.

You could try running the gaming services repair tool https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/troubleshoot-games-windows-10
If its a new PC then you defo make sure your drivers are updated
You could also factory reset if its a new PC nothing to lose or back up to a external drive or cloud
