I turned on my Xbox One X after a long time, and tried to install some games putting my console in sleep mode. After waiting the elapsed time, I wake the console, and to my surprise the downloads are stopped almost at the beginning. The system feels unresponsive until it freezes, so I force power off the console. After turning it back on I get the E105 error, followed by the E102 after rebooting it. What happened? Is it easily fixable? I don't use it much anymore but it could be useful if my cd player breaks down lol

I also found that this error is very common on the Xbox One X, and is typically an HDD fault. But after reading some reddit posts, I saw something regarding capacitors and some electronic things I don't understand, so I asked here. Could a system reinstall via USB not be a waste of time?

A factory reset though you can choose the option to keep you games and apps. But I'm the page explains that.
