My Series X is plugged directly into my router with Ethernet, and I have never had this happen by the way. I was trying to install various games and my download speed has gone from 800-1000 MB all the way to only 10-20 MB, I have tried restarting both the router and Xbox and neither fixed the problem.
I would really like some help please!

My Xbox Series X is up to date and nothing needs updates or installations, this just started happening out of nowhere!
I have tried restarting both the Xbox and router and neither solution worked.
Some people have said this happened to them but to a lesser extent or it quickly went away.
