#Xbox 360 profile not downloading to Xbox series X

When I start the game, it doesn’t download my Xbox 360 account. Instead, it tells me that I’m disconnected from Xbox Live. When I try to sign in through the Xbox menu, it begins downloading my profile but then stops and displays the message:

“This account has been banned for violations of the Services Agreement. To protect the Xbox Live service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about account bans. There is no recourse for Services Agreement violations. Error code: 80154005.” What do I do to solve this issue
