hi there, i have game pass ultimate but for some reason in the xbox app on my new pc it says i don’t have it

it’s windows 11, i tried logging out and back in, and there isn’t really any further details

Log into ms store and xbox app with same acct

it turns out all i needed to do was open the microsoft store and then it started working
