somebody PLEASE help

My Xbox parties are bugging extremely bad and on top of that I cant get into a multiplayer game specifically, the game Rainbow Six Siege,

Every time I try to join one of my friends invite, it makes me join a different friend’s party even though he never invited me. Also, it keeps disconnecting me from parties randomly
