I bought a new monitor and its 2360x1920 or something like that, but when i plug it in my xbox one s, it shows as 1920x1080, and because of that it looks almost like i can count the pixels. How can i change the resolution?

Consoles dont support wide screen resolutions

You will need to use 1080p that's what's supported in your set up

2360 x 1920 is not a standard resolution so I assume you made a mistake; either way the console will only support output at 3840 x 2160, 2560 x 1440, or 1920 x 1080 (or lower). If your monitor doesn't advertise itself as supporting one of these resolutions, then it won't be offered.
