“We can’t save anymore data for this game or app”

I’ve had this problem before with fallout 4 and cleared some olds saved from games I don’t play anymore but it’s doing it again but not with fallout 4 and cleared some old games I don’t play anymore again but now some of my games won’t load like I try to load battlefield 5 but it’ll just sit at the main screen and not load. This problem is really frustrating and makes quite angry so if anyone has a fix for this whole mess please share.
