Hello the community support,
I ask you for a problem with my xbox game bar, I wanted to record the last 30seconds of my gameplay but when I want to see what I recorded the app show me an error.
there is a screenshot to help you to visualise.
there is some things that I tryied but don't work for me:
- change the windows register value
- Repair, uninstall the app and reboot my pc
- Update windows
- Create in the
C:/user/username/videos/=> theCapturesfolder - Search the problem on google, chatgpt, copilote and nothing...
Some information about my computer:
- windows 11
- I want to record Rocket League
the error is "There was a problem getting your captures. Try again in a bit."
The problem is there is no folder for the galery of my xbox game bar :/
