I have Xbox one i am getting a security protocol when i am trying to connect back to wifi but when i use ethernet it works then once i take ethernet cable out it does not work yes i have looked it up but i have not found a video exactly the problem i have

What do you mean by 'security protocol'?

Please provide more information. What is the full and exact error text that you see?

What have you tried other than plugging an ethernet cable in?

Security protocol is to do with your router it sounds like it isn't supported with xbox live. Using a wired connection would be best but its likely because your using a public network or some abnormal set up
