Although I've had my xbox for a little while, I've attempted before tor each out to others on this error and either get blown off due to being unable to specify or not knowing in detail what my error is about, I need help redeeming a 3 month game pass ultimate that came with this console, I've attempted to do as it says, give it to a different account or user, it didn't work, the person who bought Said Xbox does not have a Microsoft account, hence the game pass should be available to whoever is using the console, I also have it as my home xbox

If it only gives the option to give to another user and not to claim it, then it was already used on someone else's account so you can't claim it on another. Those are 1 time use only, but for some reason they will still show that option after it's been used.

But I just realused I never claimed it

So I dunno if it was stolen, or if it's in a different user
