Screen flickering black every few seconds - minutes

HELLO my screen has been going black for 2-5 seconds the past few days - I left it unplugged today, I’ve restarted it, I’ve tried messing with the screen settings on Xbox, and I’ve switched around and cleaned out my HDMI cord. I cannot replace the HDMI cord if that’s what might be the issue; but im not sure what’s going on.

It happens every few minutes, whether it’s 2 or 5-10 minutes in between. Usually 2-5 minutes and it just goes black then keeps playing the screen (I can still hear audio) and ideas? Xbox one console
