i went out yesterday and bought my first xbox. got home and set it up, bought some stuff and played all day. it was fine and fun. this morning i got up to see it was off and when i turned it on i wont let me sign in. it says "because we are accessing sensitive info, you need to verify you password for (email)." i put my password in and it doesn't work. i also don't have access to my email anymore. and every time i out my password in it goes to the home screen and logs out. i have been looking at things to fix it but nothing has worked. it says i sent 2 friend request but i cancelled them because i didn't send them and i didn't know the people. i really want to get this fixed so i can play these games. i don't know if i got hacked or what. i am still logged in the microsoft browser on my phone and xbox app. but i cant change or add any info on the website. i need someone to help me quickly. i cant play my games either because I'm not on the owner account thank you in advance and please help me.

i have tried to fix my series x since 10 this morning. i have unplugged it, hard reset, reset, unplugged again and again, and tried to change my account info. i searched for the error code (error 400) and tried to look up many many videos about it. seems that only 1 other person has had this problem and didnt list how they fixed it. i have tried to fix it for so long, i have done so many things. yet nothing will fix it

but the things like microsoft.com to sign in dont let me and give me an error code
So you probably want to contact support since you have a old email linked.

and i dont have a phone number linked so there is no way to change anything
and i cant change anything without sending a verification code to the email, which i dont have access to.
thats why I advised to contact support
