i was playing battlefront 2 today amd then the game crashed and my screen on my xbox is black and is staying black it shows that i signed and i cant even facotry reset it what should i do

im just super scared mt xbox is broken and its only a year old

You can reset it manually using the buttons

it does display the xbox logo when turning it on and it does display the options to turn off console, turn off controller, and restart console
