Everytime i change from one tab to another it refresh the page automatically on edge browser xbox series s how can i stop it?

i dont believe that u can

there is very limited RAM allocation for the browser. majority of the RAM is allocated to gaming

if u dont want that then use a browser on ur mobile device or on pc/laptop
