Whenever I load up the Xbox app on pc an error code pops up with it saying "we couldn't sign you into Xbox Live, and error code (Whatever the code was.) and now when I get back on the Xbox app, I tried to sign in again, but I won’t load just makes me stay on the menu screen.

I do not know my error code it yesterday but now it’s saying this now “We're unable to complete your request. server_error: The contextID supplied in the request did not have a matching cookie

i would make sure windows is updated and reinstall the app.
If that does not work run the gaming services repair tool
