So I have this issue mainly on Mortal Kombat 1. I have crossplay turned on in both the MK1 settings & my console settings yet everytime I get matched with someone who is on a different platform ( regardless of whether the connection is good OR bad )& I try to accept, the game just freezes, tells me the other person “left the match” & then prompts me to continue matchmaking.
At first I thought this might’ve just been a connection issue but after a while I noticed that I was only being allowed to play against Xbox players.
I really want to figure out why this is the case and if there’s anything I can do to fix it because I only play a few hours every odd night & most of my time is spent staring at a matchmaking screen before i ultimately get irritated & turn the game off completely.
Any help would be appreciated.
