i spent 15 euros on a xbox giftcard and reedemed it. I can see 15 euro on my microsoft account balance but everytime i try to attempt to pay for anything it wants to pay with my card ( THERE IS NO OPTION TO USE MICROSOFT BALANCE) so idk what to do how to spend that money, am i scammed or what

If the funds show in your account balance but not showing as a option when you go to buy something thats normally means your account is not set to the region your in
