Why do i have 2 Xbox accounts with them both having the same email i can only log into one of the accounts.

Your email is your Microsoft account. Therefore you cannot have two accounts on the same email.

How can I check which emails are connected to which accounts

When you sign into xbox.com your gamertag will show in the top right.

If your not sure what email is linked to the other account then you can try this https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/account-profile/manage-account/forgot-microsoft-account-solution

ok thanks i did it and it brought me to my other account i dont use. Is there any way that i can find or reset the email to my main account

So not with the gamertag otherwise anyone could change your email that would be a real privacy concern.

That page is from Xbox support and is from Xbox to do just that.

When did you last use the account?

One of the options on there mentions about entering in your email address and doing a forgot password thing.

For example you you only have 3 email address its one of those 3 doing that would send you a email that you can then sign in.

If its the case that you just do not know your emails then i not sure what to tell you.

its important to keep account details updated and just have one account for this reason. You may just need to use the account you have

Checking your emails for emails from xbox marketing emails order confromations then thats the email

you can also use a phone number.

So that is how you do it there is no other way
