For life reasons I can't use my desktop right now, and got a new laptop. When I sign-in to the Xbox app on the laptop, it only shows cloud gaming. I'm missing the store, game pass, my library tabs. I've tried restarting the laptop, gaming services repair tool, reinstalling the app, installing the app direct from xbox site, checked for windows updates and app updates.

On Windows 11
App 2505.1001.9.0
Gaming Services 29.101.20001.0
Game Bar 7.325.5191.0
Tried going to settings and Selecting See Perks under Subscription. Tried right-clicking the app and selecting Store. App did not open the page.
Missing Game Pass in Xbox App
I tried running the service repair tool in the app, and status says cancelled for everything.
The only way to install it is to install a fresh copy of windows 11. if you open your terminal, and run a command you can get your product key that is assigned to your laptop and then make a usb drive of Win11 and reinstall through the bios of the PC>
I dont remember what the command is however. But you can look it up on google and you will find it.
Is your laptop an arm64 laptop? If so only cloud gaming is supported in the Xbox app.
Thank you. Yes, it is. I wasn’t trying to play pc games, was just trying to look at the perks.
I’ll submit a feature request.
