I am unable to sign into my Xbox app

I have a stable internet connection and whenever I try sign into my Xbox app I get to the part where I have to put all my info into which I do and then I click enter it says I have no internet? how do I fix this problem (I have uninstalled Xbox and reinstalled it and gotten to the point where I have hard reset my pc) pls help
