Microsoft has charged me $20 for gamepass, I didn’t want it this month and forgot to cancel and turn off recurring billing. It charged me but my gamepass this month hasn’t been renewed when the money has left my account so i’m unable to refund it, do I have to wait until it’s given to me or what???? I’ve never had to before.

The purchase has now went through and I have gamepass now, but I still want my refund. I’ve went to forums and followed directions but every link I click gives me an option to refund.
