Need help! For the past week my control has not been charging efficiently, only holding enough power to play games but immediately shut down when I plug out the charger.

I've owned this controller for a few months now and I play with Xbox official rechargeable battery. I only charge with my laptop charger since I lost the USB c wire a while ago.

it could be that your not using the correct charger, If its the official xbox play and charge kit make sure your using the right cable.
