I can’t sign in to my account

i already made the email, microsoft account, and i also signed in on the xbox app. but when i try to sign into the xbox and add the account. i get stuck on “add new password” i make a password the way it tells me to and reenter it on the next thing. and then it kinda stalls for a minute on a gray screen with the edge cursor in the middle then resets to “add a new password”

i have 3 accounts already on my xbox and 1 of them is mine

and i’ve tried my gmail password, random passwords and no password and it won’t work

please help i’ve been stuck on this for 3 hours now
