#Money not being reedemed

I just unplugged my Xbox for a few minutes and turned it back on, and the money still isn't in my balance. It says that I have the Microsoft account credit that was redeemed but I don't have the money.
Is there another currency under payments?
Nope
I bought it from Amazon. I usually get the xbox gift cards that way
I feel like Xbox scammed me :/

Nope, it never did redeem it.
if you did not redeem it then go redeem it.
If you redeemed it but the balance has not added to your account that normally because you redeemed it to a other account or the code was a other currency to your account.

I already redeemed it, and I checked the other accounts, and it wasn't redeemed to a different account.

I understand, but we have explained to you what this normally means. You will need to contact support as advised I gave you the link to do this, There is nothing else anyone can do to help you we are not support and do not know why the credit does not show for you if you checked the above.
Support will probably open up an investigation case, asking you for the redeemed code, proof of purchase, etc.
If it’s a physical card, you may also want to contact Amazon so they can also start an investigation case on their side. If it’s digital, that’s generated by the system, it’s unlikely a system error.
