usually to qualify for a refund u need to have brought the game less than 2 weeks and played less than 2 hours and even then they may not even approve the refund

so u pretty much stuck with the game

i think u can appeal against the decision.
also if u have been submitting a lot of refunds it may be why they declined this refund tbh
The initial approval/denial, in my experience, is automated. They quite often say something like "We cannot refund consumed digital products."
If you respond to the email and explain your reason, they might overturn the decision, but I can guarantee "I didn't like it." isn't a good reason.
