Hello, I just got an Xbox Series S and my controller won’t charge. I tried plugging them to the console directly or to the a regular phone charger using the usb c port on the controllers but in both cases they won’t charge at all.

I tried updating them but it didn’t change much. I can play while plugged but the moment I unplug them none of the 2 work. I can’t even turn them on. While plugged however the console says that the controller are charging but the battery icon is always empty with the little charging icon on top of it.

They’re dead. I’m kinda lost on what to do…

(Sorry for the avg English, it’s not my first language)

My controllers won’t charge

I tried updating them and charging them in multiples ways, but the moment I unplug them they won’t turn on so I can only play while plugged.

I try to charge them but no matter what I try it won’t work
