Are you saying this is on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, AND Xbox 360?

Are you going from menu to game? Might be your HDR refresh rate on your tv, sometimes it’s called gaming mode on smart tv.

I've looked everywhere for the hdr option but I can't find it anywhere.
