Moving from external storage to internal storage

Hi, I'm trying to move a game (riders republic) to internal storage to clear some space in my external storage. I have moved to internal storage but it still takes up space in my external storage, when I click move it says that the game is already in internal storage (I hope this makes sense)

make sure u move everything and not copy them

Just checked, I'm pretty sure I didn't copy it

But it does appear in both

try deleting it from internal
