#Remote play not working

My remote play is not working even though the minimum requirements are met . My Xbox says “I’m good to go and remote play should work” , yet I’m unable to access it from my phone or laptop.

It was working a few weeks ago and suddenly the option is no longer there . Please help

• On my Xbox series S I tried to adjust the settings such as making sure the NAT type is set to open , strong WiFi connection etc.

•This is the first time this has happened

•I did search for similar problems and it still didn’t work
