#Locked Out of my Xbox profile temporarily

I used to own a Xbox One Series X and I was able to get on my Xbox profile on there. Ever since I sold it, I haven't been able to get on my Xbox profile on PC. I've let people have access to my profile, so they can play my digital games on there. I must of put some more security stuff on my Xbox profile, so other people couldn't get access to my profile and they ended up getting my Xbox profile temporarily locked up. I tried to get a hold of Microsoft and Xbox, but their customer service is garbage.

Anybody have any tips on how I could get back on my main Xbox profile?

Did you share your login? Because you can’t change the email/password without knowing the login or have access to the email, which will still need to log into.
