Your’s might be a fake modded Xbox. Your disc drive looks like a sticker, I believe the on the official real Xbox the drive cover is blue.

Then it’s broken. The working one, the power button lights green. Your’s it lights blue.
It lights blue the orignal xbox makes the green not the special edition it makes blue
