#Help! My account is with the error 0x80190001, how to resolve it?

Yesterday it was everything already. And just today, when I’m was going to log in my account it show the error. I don’t have idea of what is happening. I try to log in using my phone, but it say use a VPN/try another device or smth like that. I’m using a console Xbox 1.
