I had just purchased a gift card from my local store, and the middle 5 digits are completely missing, and customer support is not helping at all

You either need to go back to the store where you purchased the gift card, or contact Support again. No one else can do anything to help with that.

I’ve tried but the store says to contact the company that the gift card is for, Support sends me to a link that is saying contacting specialists, and when I try to recall it just keeps repeating the same link, and hanging up before it gives me the option to choose anything

If the store will not do anything then your properly out of luck.

you could try speaking to your bank/credit card company to get a refund.

Support may be able to provide the full code if you give them some details from the card.
