game splash screen

hey, for some reason over the past couple days i now get a splash screen telling me about the game and its micro transactions when i go to start a game, is there a way to turn this off

Go to settings > Personalisation. There should be an option there to disable it.

this seems to be happening again

is it personalisation > games & apps > launch immediately (this will launch games immediately from your recently played list instead of showing the game hub)
