#Xbox App stuck on "Launching the Xbox App"

I've redownloaded the app, used the powershell commands, gone through the app settings for Xbox App and all the usual stuff that people recommend doing to fix this issue numerous times, and I've had 0 success. I have a Xbox One S if that helps. Remote play on my iPhone 13 does not work as well. For both platforms that I'm trying on, the apps and devices are up to date.
