Hello after moving back in with my mother I wanted to make my Xbox a home account on one Xbox but it says I’m out of swaps (I’ve been out for nearly 3 years) and it’s a pain to sign into my account every time my little brother Frankie wants to play Minecraft with his friends

You just have to wait your cooldown. You can’t be out for 3 years, you would have gotten 1 return each year. If you don’t think so, you can try contacting support and see if they have access to your swap record.
