The power supply makes a pop noise too, I’ve done an entire cleaning (aircan) and I’ve tried everything else, wish I could send a photo of my psu but I can’t

im no expert but a popping sound on a PSU sounds like a dead PSU to me

And it makes the on noise

#

Also it’s a click not really a pop

i'd see if i could replace it if it were me. either way a sound coming from the psu area is genreally a bad thing.
could be a number of things but i would suggest trying to get that replaced if you did cleaning and everything already. if its turning on, making a click then turning off maybe it just isn't able to handle the specific wattage needed ?
Honestly i have no idea, mostly brainstorming with you here. i am good with PC's in general so if this were to happen to a PC i would just replace the PSU and see what happens
