So recently I got a 14 day xbox game pass trial code to reedem, the 14 days passed and my card was charged due to auto-renewal, which I didn't intend. I haven't used the service since the renewal and I canceled the subscription. I wanted to ask for refund for the money but it says: "We didn't find any purchases on this account. Check "Why don't I see my purchase in the list" for more info.". and I cant ask for refund.
