#not receiving codes from computer's Xbox App

so recently i haven't been able to log in to my xbox app, because it keeps asking me to log in to access 'sensitive information' i've logged in perfectly fine on my phone and anywhere else except for my computer, it just won't send codes to my email and it hasn't been for a few weeks now, any help or tips please?

  • i have checked junk folders, all my other emails and my phone messages.
