I'm trying to sign into a new account and once I put the password in I'm greeted to a grey screen, I've left it for 10 minutes to load but it seems frozen. Anyone know a fix?

I have tried rebooting the Xbox, hard restarting it, unplugging it and leaving it for 2 minutes, I have searched around for a fix but I can't find one.
