Hi, I am having a problem with a xbox one S. My console turns on for 10seconds and then turns off the logo XBOX lights but it turns off after 10 seconds. I have this problem for over a week and still didnt fix it.

What did you try to do and what happened? I tried reconnecting the power cable + HDMI, I tried to enter the safe mode to install update couldnt enter

Sounds like a issue with the power unit. If it's the orngail Xbox ibe you could try a other other brick. But you likely need to replace the console or try and get it repaired
