Help with latency

Hello my pc has 1ms latency but my xbox has 114 can someone help

ive called my isp

they cant do non bc its only my xbox

my pc gets 1ms latency buit my xbox gets 114 does anyonr know why

Its normal for different devices to get different latency it is not something that will be the same

If you want to try and improve it use a wired connection

but there is nothing wrong with just over a second latency
