The best advice I can give you is to ask chat gpt I've had some pretty complex problems before with multiple things from venmo payments to game glitches and account problems it usually is able to give some pretty good advice considering you said you've tried everything also try to check your Microsoft account not just the Xbox account it self but go to your Microsoft account purchases also if nothing ends up working I would email the purchase support team from the Xbox store and if you have proof like an email receipt you can try to show it to them

Yeah for sure Ive had some subscription issues with Xbox before from me owning game pass and xbox gold and they wouldn't activate but chat gpt was able to help me out with the steps it told me to take I find it super useful
