Hello, is anyone else having trouble accessing their Xbox account? I enter my email and password and am redirected to a page that says the site is not working and asks me to contact the owner (the same goes to the apks, xbox, microsoft authentication, outlook): So, I contacted support because I can't access my account, so in order to receive help from support I need to log into my account. What sense does that make? I tried calling support and they said that Microsoft is not available. This account belongs to me and my brother, neither of us can log into the account on either of our cell phones. Anyone knows what to do in this situation?

I tried to log into my Xbox account through the Xbox app and it strangely asked me to log in again. I entered my email and password, but was redirected to a website that gave an error and asked me to contact support. I tried and couldn't contact them, they said the system was down or something like that. My Xbox is Series S, four years old and this problem has never happened to me.

Support does not work. I only have access to my account in the outlook app and that's it, I can't access microsoft authentication, nor the xbox app. neither website nor app. I called my country's support number and nothing. I changed the password and it seems like it got worse because now I need a code that is only appearing on my brother's cell phone, with whom I share the account. And even this code isn't working anymore.

if support advised you services are having an issue then thats the case
I would say that if the account as your brothers security information then that is his account and you should be making your own account with your information so you do not have those issues.
so i just have to wait? Until the services fix those issues?
