#Cant Play online with Gamepass suddenly

Just recently Ive lost the ability to play online with my xbox working just fine and being able to download games... IT SAYS its online all servicecs, standard gamepass, all settings are on for multiplayer, no parental controls.... AND my wifi is fine when it broke i switched to my phones internet which is LEAGUES worse AND THE ONLINE WORKED but then today that doesnt work too and i cant do anything ingames
