Oh wow I can't send images
So without doing anything, my left stick is moving down
Is that called stick drift? What do I do to fix it?
yes that is drift
I've tried the recalibratiln thing, it's useless
It's been around or close to 2 years since I bought my console and that controller
Series S
you will need to replace the controller, when it as drift.
There's no fix?
no I would have said that if there was,
There is a way you can fix the drift
We don't allow discussion about personal hardware repair here
If you feel like going that route, we cannot help you.
Oh sorry I was trying to help them
Seems like joining the official server for help was not the way to go
We are not a support server and it's all community driven support. Hardware repair is tricky at best and disallowed in some cases as against the Terms of Service.
You can reduce the effect of stick drift by increasing deadzones
It’s an in game setting in many games
How does that work? I'm playing rivals mostly and I have seen that setting, not sure how to set it up for myself tho
Increasing the deadzone will require more movement for the stick to register input
You can just try increasing it until you stop noticing drift
you can adjust dead zones to contract the dift thats true. But at some point your still going to need to replace the controller no getting around it
Well after alot of tinkering and prayers and hopes it somehow worked? It's not so bad that makes it useless
