@chrome gust Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.

To help us help you, make sure to answer:

  • What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
  • **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
  • Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)

If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.

We don't allow discussion about personal hardware repair here

If you feel like going that route, we cannot help you.

Seems like joining the official server for help was not the way to go

We are not a support server and it's all community driven support. Hardware repair is tricky at best and disallowed in some cases as against the Terms of Service.

You can reduce the effect of stick drift by increasing deadzones

#

It’s an in game setting in many games

chrome gust
#

How does that work? I'm playing rivals mostly and I have seen that setting, not sure how to set it up for myself tho

bitter lantern
#

Increasing the deadzone will require more movement for the stick to register input

#

You can just try increasing it until you stop noticing drift

amber valve
#

you can adjust dead zones to contract the dift thats true. But at some point your still going to need to replace the controller no getting around it

Well after alot of tinkering and prayers and hopes it somehow worked? It's not so bad that makes it useless
