#Console breaking issue. urgently need help

I've tried everything on my series S. Turn on and off, Hard Reset, factory reset, leave it for a while.
it's not a controller problem because it happens without a controller
no error codes

Unplug any USB peripherals you have connected and completely turn off any controllers. Turn it on using the front button on the console and let us know if this continues to happen.
Also try covering the front of the console in case there is any interference from a remote control.
There was interference
